UI GUIDE is an exclusive magazine distributed to new students in University of Indonesia, conducted by Badan Otonom Economica. Getting into Universitas Indonesia is similar to turning a new page with limited knowledge of what this university is really like. Through UI GUIDE 2023, we hope to deliver various Information that is crucial for freshmen.

The 17th UI Guide will bring the theme of “Guide to The Odyssey”. By this theme, we aims to be a guide for University of Indonesia 2023 freshman in exploring campus life. This year we intends that UI students are ready for a college life journey full of potential and available opportunities so that it can lead them to find the future prospects they dream of.
With the tagline "Get ready for a voyage of potential discoveries and prospect possibilities" we also want to reinforce what The 17th UI Guide wants to encourage for the freshmen. Therefore, we hope UI Guide 2023 can be a bridge of information for the new students while starting a new chapter in their life.

EDITORIAL

Are you confident in your writing skills? Interested in conducting interviews with a wide variety of people? The editorial division is the right place for you! This division is in charge of writing up the contents of The 17th UI Guide magazine, dishing out top quality articles filled with relevant information about UI and many interesting topics.

DESIGN AND PHOTOGRAPHY

We are a team of creative who actively creates the design needs and visual of The 17th UI Guide magazine. We are also responsible for every photograph in the design content and social media publication. We call you, creative people who interested in visual design and photography.

PRODUCTION, PUBLICATION, & DISTRIBUTION

Production, Publication, and Distribution division is responsible for UI Guide’s overall operational tasks of UI Guide, promotes our magazine to all of Civitas UI audiences, and cooperates with media partners As a member of this division, you will have the opportunity to gain a hands-on experience on planning UI Guide’s productions, brainstorming social media contents, and distribute the magazine to the freshmens.

ADVERTORIAL

Advertorial division is responsible for managing the cash in from sponsors with advertising space(s) in The 17th UI Guide magazine in return. In this division, you will learn how to deal with sponsors properly, negotiate with them and increase your network.
